My name is Genevieve but you can call me Gigi. I'm an aspiring writer and as such, I read a lot because that's what you need to do.
I don't know if I'm any good at writing but I sure have the reader part down. I usually read one book a week, on a good week even more. As you can see by the name of this blog I have switched to electronic reading. I like the portability and the simplicity of it. I also like the choice it allows.
With electronic reading you get access to a wealth of new and independent writers who offer good quality novels at very affordable prices. Those are the books I tend to go for. First because I like to support new writers and second because I'm cheap. If I can get an interesting looking book for 2 or 3 dollars, I'll jump on it. Sometimes I score, sometimes it's an epic fail.
This brings me to the reason I am starting this blog. I want to let people know about the great books I'm reading and if I can help fellow writers in the process, then fantastic!
